Welcome to Friendly Favors. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Friendly Favors mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Friendly Favors is a platform that connects users who need help with tasks (“Requesters”) with users willing to perform those tasks (“Helpers”). Friendly Favors does not directly provide task services and acts solely as a platform for connection.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Friendly Favors, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with others on the platform. By using the Service, you agree:

  • To provide accurate and truthful information
  • To complete agreed-upon tasks responsibly
  • To treat other users respectfully and lawfully
  • Not to engage in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities

4. Payments and Transactions

Friendly Favors may facilitate payments between users but is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or completion of any task.

All agreements, including pricing and scope of work, are made directly between users. Friendly Favors is not a party to these agreements.

5. No Employment Relationship

Friendly Favors does not employ Helpers. All users operate as independent individuals. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Post harmful, abusive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to bypass the platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Safety Disclaimer

Friendly Favors does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or qualifications of any user. Users interact at their own risk. We encourage all users to exercise caution and good judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friendly Favors shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Loss of income or opportunity
  • Disputes between users

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials related to Friendly Favors are owned by the platform and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
